Spicy Garlic Shrimp

12 shrimp (Jumbo sized, peeled, deveined, & tails intact)
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves (crushed with the side of a knife)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 to 2 teaspoons of Mad Anthony's Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon green onions
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Melt butter and add garlic, red pepper flakes, Mad Anthony's Hot sauce, green onions, cilantro and shrimp. Season with a pinch of salt and add lemon juice.

Cook shrimp 3 minutes or until just pink.

Remove shrimp to a serving platter, leaving the garlic cloves in the pan
