Salmon
A La Den-Ass
Ok
gang, here's one my little 'bro Dennis came up with, and let me tell you...it's
pretty kick ass!! We'll just call it "Salmon a la Den....ASS!!"
This dish will feed two people. Here's what you'll need:
Two Salmon filets
One bottle Mad Anthony's BBQ Sauce ( I suggest the X-TRA HOT!!)
One bottle Mad Anthony's Hot Lava Mustard
Fresh or bagged Spinach
1 bunch cilantro
Basalmic vinegar and Olive oil
Take your salmon filets, rinse, pat dry, and put in a Ziploc bag. Pour
in the MA
BBQ sauce (thick), making sure the filets are covered. Put the bag in
the fridge
for 30 minutes to marinade.
While the filets are soaking, make the dressing for the Spinach salad.
Mix equal parts MA Mustard, basalmic vinegar, olive oil, and put in the
chopped cilantro to taste - that's it!! Now you can put that in the fridge
to chill a bit.
Now it's time to grill your Salmon filets on the barbeque (as cooked as
you like 'em), basting with the BBQ. Do a shot while grilling if you like,
Cabo Wabo...or maybe A shot of JACK!! It's time to relax!!
Next, toss your Spinach with the dressing, serve it up on the side with
the Salmon, grab your your favorite beverage.......and chow down!!!
If you don't think that will fill your tub, try this little pasta dish
to go along with your Salmon!! Here's what you'll need:
Your favorite pasta
1 small package Pistachio nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 cup goat cheese
A handful of chopped cilantro
A little olive oil
Cook your pasta to the directions on the package.
Next, mix the goat cheese, pistachio nuts, garlic, and cilantro in a blender
or food processor.
Add in some olive oil until you get a nice sauce.
Mix it up with the pasta and serve on the side, or better yet, serve the
Salmon on top of the pasta! Damn, I'm gettin' full just thinking about
it!
