Mad Cabo Ribeye Steak

1 thick ribeye steak
2 oz Cabo Wabo Resposado
1 tablespoon Mad Anthony Hot Sauce
Meat tenderizer
Emeril's Steak Rub
* Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of steak
* In a small bowl mix Cabo and Mad Anthony Hot Sauce
* Pour mixture over both sides of steak
* Sprinkle Emeril's Steak Rub on both sides of steak
* Rub spices and sauce into both sides of the steak using your fingers
* Let steaks marinate and get to room temperature ( 2 hours )
* Let grill get hot ( 15 minutes on high heat ) before putting steaks on
* Grill to desirable level (mooing, well done, etc.)
* For an extra kick use Mad Anthony Hot Sauce as a dipping sauce!
