Anthony Mushrooms

Tablespoons (Or More) Mad Anthony Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Olive Oil
6 Portabella Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
3/4 Cup shredded Provolone Cheese
Marinade
Mushrooms in Mad Anthony Sauce, Lemon Juice and Olive Oil 10-12 Hours
Drain and pat mushrooms dry
Place shrooms top side down on baking sheet
Bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 Minutes turning halfway through cooking
Sprinkle cheese on and bake 1-1/2 Min. longer
Heat serving dish and palce mushrooms inside.
Pour heated cream over mushrooms,sprinkle mixture of parsley and tomatoes
on top.
