The release date for Chickenfoot's debut CD has been moved up and will now be available in America on Friday, June 5th - four days earlier than previously planned.

On that same day, Mike, Sammy, Chad and Joe will be making an in-store appearance at Best Buy in West Los Angeles:

US TOUR DATES & FIRST SINGLE

Chickenfoot will be hitting the stage for a limited run of live shows on North American soil before heading overseas in June.

Stops include Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York and Philadelphia. Check out the Tour Dates page for all the details. A limited number of presale tickets will also be available to Chickenfoot Fan Club Members.

In other news, "Oh Yeah," the first single from the band's self-titled debut CD, "Chickenfoot," was released to radio today. Visit chickenfoot.us to listen! Chickenfoot played a private gig for Best Buy at the Grove in Anaheim, CA last Wednesday March 18th. The band performed a 45-minute set of tracks exclusively from their forthcoming debut CD, "Chickenfoot."

Mixing is in full swing for the new Chickenfoot album and Mike is starting to get busy!

Whew, is it Holiday season again already?? I hope all of you had a great year and are ready to finish it off in grand style!!

First, I want to wish everyone out there "Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year"!! Party hard, but party safe.

Second, I want to update you on the status of "Chickenfoot." Chad and I just got back this week from recording in the San Francisco area, and I am pleased to say that the basic tracks are finished and smokin'!! Right now Joe is sprinkling some guitar magic on everything, and next week Sam will be doing vocals. Then I'll be back up there to slather some backround vocals on everything. I can't wait for all of you to check it out!! Look out 2009!!!!! Take care, and I'll see ya soon....Michael
